C3: Design for Dialogue, Thinking, & FlowWe can talk all we want about setting up an environment that is conducive to inquiry, but that leaves a huge variable: the students. Learning, or at least the kind of learning that we hope our students will do, needs to involve some amount of guidance. But what does that guidance look like? And how much do we need to engage?

C4: The Nuts and Bolts of PBLIt’s one thing to talk about the structure of PBL, but it’s another thing entirely to bring that structure into your classroom and engage in that paradigm shift towards student-led educational practices. In this section, we zoom in a little closer to consider how to go from thinking about PBL in broad strokes to actually getting PBL off the ground.

C5: Creating a PBL Unit for Your ClassroomIn this last constellation, we’re going to make some space for you to throw down a few ideas and sketch out a project of your own. We hope that you create something that can eventually fit into your class curriculum, but we also want you to push against any constraints or challenges that you think might keep you from getting there.
